Refund and Returns Policy 

At Royal Auto Parts, we are committed to providing quality motorcycle tyres, engine oils, batteries, and spare parts to our customers. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Products can be returned only if they are:

Unopened, unused, and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, labels, and invoice/receipt
Reported within the accepted return period after purchase
Not damaged, installed, used, or modified by the customer

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:

Used or installed motorcycle tyres
Opened engine oil bottles or lubricants
Used batteries
Electrical parts after installation
Damaged products caused by incorrect handling or fitting
Products purchased on clearance, discount, or special offer, unless faulty

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact Royal Auto Parts as soon as possible with your invoice and product details. After inspection, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the condition and warranty terms.

4. Battery Warranty

Motorcycle batteries are covered only under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Damage caused by wrong installation, overcharging, misuse, or physical damage will not be accepted.

5. Tyre Returns

Tyres can be exchanged only if they are unused, not fitted to the vehicle, and returned in original condition. Once a tyre has been mounted, used, or damaged, it cannot be returned.

6. Exchange Policy

If the product is eligible for exchange, customers may exchange it for the correct size, model, or product type depending on stock availability. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been checked and accepted by our team. Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.

8. Return Shipping / Delivery Charges

Delivery or return transport charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Royal Auto Parts or a verified faulty product.

9. Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide a valid invoice, receipt, or order confirmation for all return, exchange, or warranty requests.
